“Selling your EFL/EAP Business”

EFL and EAP are niche businesses, but the sales journey you need to navigate to win clients is not dissimilar to something you probably already know something a lot about – how to build a trust-based relationship with a horse.

 In this one-day workshop, we will explore this “Sales Journey” process and spend time with other practitioners and horses.

 Topics we will consider:
– who your target audience is
– where your potential clients are and what language to use to attract them
– what needs to be ready before you go to market
– how to approach potential clients
– navigating the twists, turns and difficult conversations
– when to pause
– dealing with rejection
– how to get your customers over the line and into your paddock!

 The day will be a mixture of theory, group work and learning from horses alongside the chance to be facilitated on an element of your choice from the sales journey. You will be able to practice your facilitation skills, network and connect with like-minded peers at Dave and Sharon’s wonderful venue and herd of 6 horses, near Windsor.

 ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Loredana Caminiti has worked in the corporate industry in Italy, USA and UK for over 20 years before following her heart and changing career, becoming an EFL Practitioner in 2017. She is the founder and director of Be Horself Ltd offering horse assisted wellbeing programs for adults as well as children. Loredana has also been successfully running group workshops, wellbeing retreats and masterclasses, team building days and networking events.

Helen Philip runs a successful EFL business, Impact Coaching. She has over 20 years experience in business development and marketing in the corporate world, which she now shares with other EFL practitioners, running sales workshops and for the corporate sector and training programmes for EFL practitioners so they can develop the skills to attract new clients.

Becci Godfrey (HorseSense UK) has been running Development Days like these since 2013, alongside her EFL business in East Sussex. Passionate about connecting and developing the skills of Equine Practitioners so they can better serve the community, Becci partners with experts in their subjects to bring you rich learning experiences and inspiring connection.
