Join us for an extraordinary and uplifting workshop as we celebrate the Summer Solstice, a time to embrace Light, Renewal, Life, Fertility, and Abundance.
For this event we are thrilled to collaborate with the exceptionally talented Claire Marie Doyle, a Sound Healing facilitator, professional vocalist and yoga instructor (@clairemariedoyle).
Together, we have designed this workshop to awaken the light within you, mirroring the light’s return to our world; you are invited to immerse yourself in the healing power of Sacred Sound amidst the beauty and richness of nature at the serene Be Horself land.
During our “Honouring the Light Within” workshop, time will be spent focusing on the fire element of the Heart Chakra, understanding that an active, healthy heart chakra cultivates deep love for yourself and others, guiding you toward inner wisdom, clarity, and peace.
You will also get to experience deep rest, profound healing, and the rejuvenating vibrations of the Human Voice, harmonised with the natural sounds around you.
Adding to the enchantment, this workshop unfolds in the majestic presence of our horses and promises inspiring and insightful Equine Reflection. Whether you choose to directly interact with these noble beings or simply share their energetic space from a distance, their healing presence will still reach you and surely benefit you.
You will have the chance to dwell in special horse-time and experience what it is like to be genuinely present, enjoying the stillness and listening to the silence and its message to you. ‘Cause like guru Ram Dass beautifully said, “The quieter you become, the more you can hear.”
