Our Services & Fees
We support children and adults offering single sessions or tailored programs, ranging from 6 to 10 weekly sessions, depending on the need or goal of the client. Our work is mainly carried out with the horses intervention, but we also offer mindfulness and earthing sessions for those who are still timid around horses.

Boosting Program for Young People
Horse Assisted – Duration 8 – 10 weeks
Children are quite often exposed to adults’ issues in the family home and also much strain and stress in the school environment; this may cause mental distress and have a negative impact on their productivity and behaviour.
Our Horse Assisted Young People Boosting Program has been designed to support children experiencing such issues by offering a means to cope better with life and school difficulties, supporting with the following:
- Building or boosting self confidence
- Learning to own personal feelings and to safely express them
- Taking responsibility
- Managing energy level
- Building trust and connections
- Learning to deal with adversity
- Setting and maintaining safe and appropriate boundaries
- Developing social skills: working in a team, learning positive and clear communication
- Problem solving

Self-Discovery Empowerment Program
Horse Assisted – Duration 8-10 weeks
This program is designed to help you rediscover yourself and inner strength, and to empower you to achieve your true potential. You will be guided through a journey of personal growth, for a clearer self-understanding and greater compassion. You will be inspired to make positive changes in your life in support of your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Mindful Reconnection Program for Women
Duration 8 Weeks
Women play a crucial role in our society and can be particularly exposed to some elements that cause poor mental and emotional health. This program is designed to support you in rebalancing your life through self care and self love. Activities include journaling, self-awareness, mindfulness and reflective work.
The sessions are held in our peaceful country location, in direct contact with nature, offering the opportunity to be grounded and energised by the green environment.
Please be aware that whilst mindfulness is a recognised wellbeing method, it may not be suitable for those individuals who are not fully present and in touch with their surroundings; if you are experiencing any dissociation, you must check with your health care professional before signing up for this program.

Managing Stress by Nurturing the Self
Horse Assisted – Duration 8-10 weeks
This program includes a variety of activities, including EFL work, to help you regain some tranquillity, both mentally as well as physically. You will be giving the space and time to just be, enjoying the present moment.. just like the horses do.
A time for self-reflecting and nurturing of all your senses, learning useful and easy techniques to keep the stress at bay for a healthier and happier you.
